Catching the absence error msWord Find similar branches

Will the program work, using the standard components to work with msWord, on a machine on which Word is not installed? Word does not want to demolish, and prog soon represent. If it does not work, then how to catch the error and exit the program not according to Exception, but after the window with the message about the absence of the necessary MicroSoft products?

Of course not. Simply put, when using standard components, word word is used directly.
