The problem is purely design: the program in the assembly in my resolution 1024x768 and small screen font has one look at the windows, but when you change the font or resolution - completely different. Well, with a resolution it is easier to use ScaleBy, but how to be when there is not font resolution, but font size, and how to find out?

Screen.PixelsPerInch = 96: Normal Font
Screen.PixelsPerInch = 120: large.

Other values: user - moron.
